Lab-Grade Results Without the Lab Visit

The Heyday at-home lab kit puts comprehensive hormone testing in your hands. No scheduling a phlebotomy appointment, no driving to a lab, no sitting in a waiting room. You collect your sample at home, mail it back, and a licensed provider reviews your results.

What's Tested: 40+ Biomarkers

This isn't a basic testosterone check. The Heyday panel covers the full picture your provider needs to make informed treatment decisions:

Hormone markers: Total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin), estradiol, LH (luteinizing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone).

Prostate health: PSA (prostate-specific antigen).

Blood health: Complete blood count (CBC) including hematocrit and hemoglobin — critical for TRT monitoring.

Metabolic function: Comprehensive metabolic panel covering liver function, kidney function, glucose, and electrolytes.

Thyroid: TSH to rule out thyroid-related fatigue and weight issues.

Cardiovascular: Lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides).

How It Works

Receive your kit. Ships to your door in 2-3 business days. Includes collection device, tubes, bandage, instructions, and prepaid return envelope.

Collect your sample. Follow the simple instructions or scan the QR code for a step-by-step video. The arm-based collection takes about 10 minutes. Best done first thing in the morning when testosterone levels peak.

Mail it back. Seal your sample, apply the prepaid label, and drop it at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Get your results. Processed at a CLIA-certified lab within 5-7 business days. A licensed provider reviews your results and contacts you to discuss findings and next steps.

Pricing

The Heyday Kit costs $129 per panel. It's included free with the 12-month annual TRT plan ($199 value). If you have recent labs from your own doctor (within 90 days), you can upload them and skip the kit entirely.
