Step 1: Take the Eligibility Quiz (Day 1)
A brief screening collects your symptoms, health history, age, and treatment goals. Takes about 60 seconds. This pre-qualifies you for a consultation — it doesn't diagnose anything or commit you to anything. Start here.
Step 2: Get Your Lab Kit (Days 2-4)
If you don't have recent labs (within 90 days), we'll send you a Heyday at-home collection kit. The comprehensive panel tests 40+ biomarkers: total and free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, PSA, CBC, metabolic panel, thyroid, and lipids. Collect your sample at home following the included instructions, seal it up, and mail it back with the prepaid label.

Step 3: Meet Your Provider (Days 7-10)
Once your results are in, you'll schedule a private telehealth consultation with a licensed physician who specializes in hormone health. During this 15-20 minute appointment, your provider will review your labs in detail, discuss your symptoms and how they affect daily life, evaluate whether TRT is medically appropriate, explain the treatment protocol and set expectations, and address any questions — especially around fertility, side effects, and monitoring.
Step 4: Treatment Arrives (Days 12-15)
If prescribed, your personalized protocol ships from a licensed U.S. pharmacy: testosterone cypionate 200mg/mL, injection supplies, and clear instructions. Most patients receive their first shipment within 3-5 business days of their consultation. Discreet packaging — nothing on the outside indicates medical contents.
Step 5: Ongoing Optimization
This is where Heyday is different from most providers. Your care doesn't stop at the prescription. Follow-up labs at 6 weeks to check your response. Dose adjustments based on how you feel AND what your labs show. Continued monitoring every 3-6 months. Unlimited messaging with your care team for questions between appointments.
